Mask Filter

Balance

The Balance filter allows adjusting the gray levels of a texture or mask, shifting the midpoint to define which areas become lighter or darker.

Blur

The Blur filter applies a blur to a texture, mask, or map, softening edges and reducing fine details.

Bright and Contrast

The Bright and Contrast filter allows adjusting the brightness and contrast of a texture or mask.

ColorRamp Levels

The ColorRamp Levels filter allows remapping grayscale or color values to a new user-defined color range.

Distort

The Distort filter applies controlled distortion, altering its shape using a noise map or another input.

FloatCurve

The FloatCurve filter allows remapping grayscale values through an editable control curve.

Gamma

The Gamma filter adjusts the tonal distribution of grayscale or color values, mainly modifying midtones without significantly altering deep shadows or highlights.

HighPass

The HighPass filter enhances fine and high-frequency details, removing smooth gradients or low-frequency information.

Invert

The Invert filter reverses values, turning whites into blacks and blacks into whites, as well as flipping intermediate gray values to their opposites.

Math

The Math filter allows performing mathematical operations on values. It works as a post-processing tool that applies simple transformations based on calculations, giving you additional control to modify the intensity or behavior of a map.

Random Island

The Random Island filter introduces random variations for each UV island, independently altering position, rotation, and scale.

Random UV

The Random UV filter applies random variations to position, scale, or rotation based on the model’s UV coordinates.

Sharpen

The Sharpen filter increases the sharpness of details, enhancing edges and making small elements more visible and defined.

SlopeBlur

The Slope Blur filter applies a directional blur based on slope, generating an organic and non-uniform deformation effect. Unlike the normal Blur, this filter respects texture gradients and generates more natural-looking variations resembling wear or erosion.
